Part of the reason is that I listened to his advice and made changes he recommended (especially clearing the clutter). He then staged the house himself and it looked beautiful. He also priced it right and our first offer (and the buyers) was for over asking price. He also answered my millions of questions without hesitation. I highly recommend him.
